Care Instructions

We recommend hand washing with soap or wiping it with a damp cloth. In order not to scratch the resin, you need to wipe with microfibre and in no case rub with aggressive chemicals.

Please do not microwave or wash it in the dishwasher. Additionally, it's advisable to keep away from direct sunlight to maintain their optimal condition.

Shipping Time

This product will be shipped within **3 days** if it’s in stock. For special orders, please note that it usually takes **7 to 14 days** to ship due to the curing time of the resin. Thank you for your understanding!

- Since these items are handmade and need sufficient curing time, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipping on special orders. Keep this timeline in mind if you need the item by a specific date.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within **30 days** of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Guidelines for Returns:

- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

I cannot be responsible for any costs incurred for returning an item to me. If a refund is issued, initial delivery costs and any other delivery costs incurred on returning an item will NOT be refunded.
